My bike arrived. Box was in great condition. Unpackaged the bike. Display completely shattered. I emailed them. And got absolutely no reply. Nothing.

Easy to order from website
Easy to order from website, when I did a a question I was able to Call and ask. I like that they ate sold and shipped in the USA. Delivery was about 7 to 10 days out as I ordered around a holiday with some extras. Most came the same day, but otherwise it was all within a couple of days.

Many problems, zero solutions.
I'm sorry that I purchased from Lectric eBikes. My purchase has not gone smoothly. The bike came with the rear rack frame mounting tab untapped. The rear rack mounting legs were misaligned. Coupled with the above problem makes the rear rack unmountable. For safety concerns, I will be tearing down the whole bike and reassembling it to ensure that there were no other errors in assembly or manufacturing.
Also, I asked about purchasing some electrical components to use to troubleshoot future problems. I was told that I needed to supply the serial number. The serial number is obscured. I sanded the paint only to find that the numbers were stamped in such a way as to be difficult to read. Supplying the required serial number will be a guess on my part. I'm sorry I ever purchased from this company.
In conclusion:
Lectric eBikes appears lack quality control. I will NOT be recommending this brand to others.

Bikes are fantastic...but...
Bikes are fantastic! We love them.
However, 8 miles into our ride, my husband's tube went flat with a small hole right by the Shrader valve which also has ridges in the rubber. Unable to use a patch to fix. He had to ride my bike back to the car while I waited with his bike and them come and load them back up. Done for the trip. On our first ride.
