Adjust icon inside the URL bar to use correct size and be sourced from Nala #46059

Description

After talking with @simoarpe we realized that icons inside the url bar are not really standardized to use Nala icons or a single size.

They need to

• All use the Nala color reference from node_modules/@brave/leo/tokens/android/values/colors.xml
• Are all sourced from Nala and not copy-pasted from Figma
