Demote the per-action `action_monitor scored` log to debug (the approval
event already carries the same explanation) and silence httpx's per-request
INFO logging, matching inspect's own default.

Pull request overview

This PR reduces transcript noise in the metr-agents Inspect integration by lowering the verbosity of routine INFO-level logging that otherwise appears as frequent “info events” during runs.

Changes:

  • Downgrade the “action_monitor scored …” log line from INFO to DEBUG to avoid cluttering transcripts during normal operation.
  • Set the httpx logger to WARNING when the metr_agents Inspect entrypoint is loaded to suppress per-request INFO logs.
  • Update the relevant test to capture DEBUG logs so it continues to assert on the “scored” message.

packages/agents/src/metr_agents/_registry.py Suppresses noisy httpx INFO logs by setting the httpx logger level to WARNING at entrypoint import time.
packages/agents/tests/test_action_monitor.py Adjusts log capture level to DEBUG so the test still observes the demoted “scored” message.
