On 30 September Pew Research published results , nearly 300 questions, using Claude Opus 4.6 as the primary synthetic respondent and GPT-5.1 for comparison. Synthetic answers differed from real human answers by an average of 12.4 percentage points. About 28% of questions off by more than 15. The errors are not evenly spread: 16.1 points for Republicans and Republican-leaners, 15.1 for Black adults, 13.9 for Hispanic adults, and the model had 97% of Hispanic respondents following the World Cup against an actual 43%. Humans picked "not sure" roughly four times as often as the model did, and the two models disagreed with each other on direction, GPT-5.1 reading the public as more extreme and Claude as more moderate. The cheapest version of RLHF with synthetic-data now has a number attached and the number is a disqualification.

Sallyann Della Casa شارك ذلكFrontier labs : Our raters agree with each other. Thats what worries me!!!!! A terminally ill patient asks how long they have. The family begs you to soften it. The model gave the textbook answer. Patient's right to know. Correct. Defensible. It would pass any rubric. Then we asked humans with good judgement. They found 5 things it missed. The first one: "Whose values decide what counts as kindness here?" No rubric asks that. And your reward model can't reward what your raters never noticed. WHO needs us: post-training and RLHF teams at frontier labs. WHEN to call: when your model is right on paper and wrong in the room. WHAT we fix: preference data from senior people who have made the call for real, with the why, the when and the what if written down. Tracked since 2018. Before ChatGPT. Send me the dilemma your model gets wrong. We'll run it on camera.

It was 50/100 at the beginning of the year. 🔸50% completed with my 2nd book that I finally started writing in July. It took 10 years since the 1st one. 🔸…and just happy and thriving even while on a tiny diet till Christmas;-) 🎈#life is good

Anything you can solve with money ( better people, better subscriptions/tools etc) , solve it fast with money. 3. If you sweat the small stuff, you will need to upgrade the quality of your team so they ask and answer with agency what's next and get it done without you having to be in the loop.

Sallyann Della Casa شارك ذلكContrarian View: Women Empowerment is a no/no ! I do not attend women empowerment stuff. I don't like the messaging in most of them. Instead, I purposely created a seed round on my cap table for women. 50% of my cap table are global venture funds and 50% women... intentionally. This is how equity works for women. You stop talking about it and you create it intentionally. And out of the blue one Sunday like today, I get random messages of grace. In gratitude as I continue to build #Gleac. To all the younger or less experiences founder raising their first $2m, choose well. Pick funds and people who you know for sure....if anything goes wrong, they are right there to roll up their sleeves and help. It's a long hard journey only you are on.... so choose your company well.

Lazlo Bock, Adam Grant, Ray Dalio and a few others got me super curious about what is happening in this field and how this ties into my Foundation and People Development fascination.
I am eager to learn how to scale/elevate (with the new data science, cognitive and behavioural science) my existing programs, writings, and teachings in this new context. However, I do have to tell you my Foundation team and friends are very worried that I may get super impatient (I am imperfectly perfect…Lazlo Bock, Adam Grant, Ray Dalio and a few others got me super curious about what is happening in this field and how this ties into my Foundation and People Development fascination.
I am eager to learn how to scale/elevate (with the new data science, cognitive and behavioural science) my existing programs, writings, and teachings in this new context. However, I do have to tell you my Foundation team and friends are very worried that I may get super impatient (I am imperfectly perfect as they say) and want to teach the class!
Sept 2017- I have now developed some patent-pending methodologies using my first APP, GLEAC, as my channel to run an experiment about how we show up our 21st-century skills on our resumes and school transcripts.
Jan 2018- GLEAC becomes the first SHRM re-certification APP globally for soft skills.
Watch out world......GLEAC is in the building!

According to the International AI Safety Report 2026, Global AI adoption is rising fast, but it is far from evenly distributed. While many regions are still experimenting at the margins, a few are already embedding AI into daily work and decision-making. What stands out is that the UAE sits at the very top, with the highest AI adoption rate globally, reaching more than half of the working-age population. That doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects long-term vision, policy commitment, and a willingness to move early rather than wait for certainty.
