There are more good policy and technical ideas ready for implementation than there is coordination ability and political will to implement them. The funding landscape is expected to expand over the next few years, but without the people to deploy that capital effectively, it stays inert. The ecosystem has a lot of people who are great at thinking about ideas. We need more people who are great at thinking about people and projects. Love this share, Vimal – we definitely need more builders who can turn great AI safety ideas into well‑run, real‑world projects like this Generator Residency.
