  • Nordstrom 125th Anniversary: "Based on a True Story" In an era defined by AI and algorithms, human taste and personal touch have become the ultimate luxury, and that's always been Nordstrom's gift. Not just exceptional service, but the feeling of being truly seen. To celebrate 125 years, we created “Based on a True Story”, an episodic series inspired by real customer moments that could only happen at Nordstrom. Through the eyes of a young girl whose curiosity drives each chapter, the series explores the unexpected ways Nordstrom has become part of people's lives. Set within some of the store's most iconic spaces: the Café, the Home Department, and the Fitting Room, each chapter brings to life the heartfelt and humorous moments that have shaped Nordstrom's legacy for generations. For us, the brief was about more than marking a milestone. It was a celebration of the idea that Nordstrom is more than a store, it’s part of so many people’s stories. From the customers it serves and the associates it invests in to the brands whose next chapters it helps shape, we wanted everyone to feel seen and celebrated. That spirit came to life in the campaign films, limited-edition packaging, in-store events and installations, and thoughtful details at every scale — all embodying the warmth, care, and human connection that have defined Nordstrom for 125 years. Here's to 125 more. Creative Concept, Content Strategy, and Art Direction by Invisible Dynamics and Nordstrom. Production by Invisible Productions. #Nordstrom125 #InvisibleDynamics #BasedOnATrueStory #BrandBuilding #InvisibleProductions

  • Invisible Dynamics is proud to share Athleta's Summer '26 campaign. Every season is an opportunity to tell the brand’s story a little differently. This chapter explores the idea that strength isn’t one thing. It’s shaped by where we are, how we move, and the moments that stay with us long after the workout ends. Shot across Hawaii with local athletes and community members, the creative follows women in places that aren’t just beautiful - they’re deeply personal. Because the strongest stories are often the ones that begin at home. Creative Concept, Content Strategy, and Art Direction by Invisible Dynamics and Athleta . No more looking for a 90s Gap Grass dupe. Today Gap reintroduces these iconic fragrances for the next generation. Excited to share Wear What You Feel, for Gap Fragrance 2026. Gap's iconic 90s scents built their own cult following. They functioned as identities, a distinct energy you could step into for the price of a drugstore bottle. Thirty years later, that meaning never fully died. Spend ten minutes on r/NichePerfumes and you'll find people who can describe exactly who they were when they wore Grass or Heaven. These fragrances mean a lot to culture. They were emotional, specific, and deeply personal to the people who knew them. Flash forward, and the "signature scent", that great 20th-century idea of one smell for one self, has given way to a wardrobe of them. For Gen Z, fragrance has become one of their primary identity tools. It's collected, layered, mixed, and shared rather than solely committed to. Because this generation doesn't experience identity as singular. They move between versions of themselves daily, deliberately, and without apology. Self-expression in its most modern form (and fragrance as the easiest way to signal it). Wear What You Feel, ft actress Victoria Pedretti, is built on the idea that fragrance lets us play whatever character suits us best, on whatever day we feel like. The collection, Dream, Grass, Om, Harmony, Heaven, and Bliss, give you room to bring every version of you to life. Including, if you like, your 90s self. Another chapter in a journey of a lifetime with the Gap team. 🎯 Calvin George Leung Fabiola Torres Mark Breitbard Deb Redmond John Dempsey and the whole Gap crew, thank you for the endless collaboration and trust in the Invisible Dynamics team. And special thank you to the incredible collective who made this bloom. Director and visual storyteller Samuel Bradley. Photographer Olivia Malone. Production designer Crystal Geller. Stylist David Friend. And Grammy-nominated producer Jordan Rakei Management, who created a custom soundtrack for each scent's mood. Go grab the scents! Then come back and tell me which version of you it brought out.

  • We are proud to share that Gap’s Fall campaign, Better in Denim, won Gold in Fashion, Beauty and Luxury and Silver in Social Media at The Drum Awards for Marketing Americas 2026. Winning Gold in the fashion category is a recognition that we’re doing things differently, and it’s working. Better in Denim was built as an entertainment-first experience; fashion, music and movement woven together into something that earns attention rather than interrupting it, as ads have a tendency to do. In an era when branded content floods every feed, Gap is leading the charge in fashiontainment: the idea that a brand's greatest competitive advantage is being genuinely watchable. This win is a big recognition of that shift. Being social-first wasn't an afterthought either, it was an important part of the architecture. In partnership with Gap, we built Better in Denim around a cross-generational blend of music and movement that gave everyone something to feel, enjoy, and ultimately recreate. The result was real participation: universities at Berkeley and UCLA made their own versions, in total there were over 250K+ UGC moments. Better In Denim was the number one trending TikTok search on launch week with over 600M views and 8B impressions. When content celebrates individuality and collective self-expression at the same time, people don’t just watch, they show up. Thank you to everyone at Gap, our cast and crew, and The Drum team for the recognition.

TLDR; I'm hiring at Invisible Dynamics and I'd love your help finding the right people. Know a great product or program manager? Send them our way. -- I don't talk about what we're building at Invisible Dynamics enough. When I stop to share, I'm in awe. Aside from the visible stuff, the Gap success and the great marketing we've created over the past 3 years, behind the scenes we've been building many other functions to help some of the best companies in the world find cultural relevance and new forms of revenue in this dynamic and ever changing world. My direct responsibility is our digital business where we have two areas of focus: 1. We run programs with clients that help them achieve positive outcomes. Sometimes we are helping re-platform, sometimes re-define their vision, and sometimes we focus in on very specific business problems to implement new solutions. 2. We create products. Out of the needs of ours and our clients work, we create bespoke software. Sometimes this is for us or our clients to use, and sometimes for the public (more on this soon). Our digital business is growing, and the role we need right now is what we call a Brand Director. This role is part client relationships, part program and product delivery. But, what's keeping me up at night is the delivery part; our portfolio is increasing and we need help on the overall orchestration of our digital work. We need someone who excels at this and can help grow this function and team. The ideal person is: - A product person at their core (you know who you are). - A builder and a continuous learner. You are continuously improving your process, finding new ways to create more clarity and be more effective. You're amazed at how AI can help you do things you never thought you would be able to, and skeptical when it tries to do the things you've mastered. - A people person, you know how to own the room, you know how to understand people's needs, and you know how to get the best out of the team. - Data fluent and information hungry. You love telling a story with data, but when it comes down to the final decision you don't let the data do it for you. - Detail oriented. You sweat the details, and you want everything you work on to be beautiful and functional. - You're organized and you help the people around you stay organized too. You excel at breaking things down to build them back up. If this sounds like you, please be in touch. If you know someone who would be a great fit, please send them my way or make an introduction. https://lnkd.in/g2MQk-YZ ❤️

  • Gap x Victoria Beckham. Two icons. Two worlds. One powerful partnership. Gap - one of the most globally recognized champions of freedom, ease, and personal expression. Victoria Beckham - the epitome of refined luxury, meticulous craft, and elevation. Together, they explored the tension between precision and release, creating an elevated everyday capsule for the modern woman who does it all, on her own terms. Built on a single, defining idea — that confidence doesn't have to be rigid, and ease doesn't have to be careless — every piece in the collection holds that balance. Refined enough to feel elevated. Relaxed enough to feel yours. And notably, Victoria Beckham's first-ever collaboration with an American heritage brand. To bring this moment to life, we assembled an all-star team behind and in front of the lens. Shot by the iconic Mert & Marcus. Styled by Alastair McKimm, former Editor-in-Chief of i-D. With Mica Arganaraz, Lina Zhang, and Victoria Beckham herself commanding the frame. Together, through intimate stills and behind-the-scenes content, they captured something sophisticated, confident, expressive, and unmistakably modern. This is more than a collaboration. It's a fashion moment with genuine cultural resonance. Creative Concept, Content Strategy, and Art Direction by Invisible Dynamics and Gap. Production by Invisible Productions. Client: Gap

  • We partnered with Google Search to bring its evolving AI capabilities into one of the most influential cultural moments in the world. Search has always been where people go to understand what’s happening. As it becomes more intelligent, it’s also becoming a way to experience culture more deeply — to anticipate moments, decode them, and participate in them in real time. Coachella gave us the opportunity to show that shift in action. For fans, the festival lives in two modes: anticipation and survival — the speculation, the theories, the moments you don’t want to miss, alongside the chaos of planning, packing, and figuring it all out.
So we built a system that serves both. With Karol G, we used Search to fuel anticipation — seeding clues around her set to spark speculation, shape how fans showed up, and give them a way to engage with the moment before it happened. As the first Latina headliner in Coachella history, those signals carried even further — drawing from her culture and identity, and connecting with a global audience already invested in what she would bring to the stage. Alongside that, we partnered with creators to show how AI Mode brings order to the chaos — helping fans navigate the 40+ hours of planning that surround the weekend. For us, this marks our first partnership with Google and our first step into the AI space — a category that’s rapidly reshaping both culture and creativity. A project rooted in what we care about most: connecting brands to the moments that matter, in ways that feel native to how people actually live.
