Infrastructure (Pulumi)

A single Pulumi project (Python) that manages all of Hawk's AWS infrastructure.

# Create a dev environment that shares staging's VPC/ALB/EKS
./scripts/dev/new-dev-env.sh <your-name>

# Everyday commands (run from infra/)
pulumi up -s <stack>          # deploy

pulumi stack output -s <stack> --json

new-dev-env.sh requires PULUMI_BACKEND_URL (and optionally AWS_PROFILE) to be exported and an already-deployed stg stack to clone config from. See AGENTS.local.example.md for the env-var template.
