Determine why the crawldata for GPP does not have any entries for the usnj string.
Earlier, @RubyFri and I discovered that across all 3 periods of our NJ crawl results, there are no entries for the "usnj" gpp string. Maybe we're missing something (if so, please let us know), but it strikes us as highly unusual that not a single website was recorded using it. We'd like to investigate the cause and ideally have an answer/fix in time for the August crawl.
