I contacted the author and they are no longer supporting Forge. I have tried to get my way around it, but haven't finished the code adequately for it yet, in the mean time I would recommend using https://github.com/scier/MetalSplatter/ if you want to get Gaussian Splats working on iOS. Perhaps it's worth nothing this in the About section of the ReadMe.md
