[Brave News] In the news side panel, the images don't load until you scroll #58411

Description

When using Brave news in the sidebar, the image previews of each article don't load on the initial load. You have to manually scroll even just 1px for them to start loading.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open news in the sidebar
2. See how images don't load
3. Scroll and see how images now load
