After switching between private and standard tabs, the Brave Shields and Brave Rewards icons in the URL bar fail to use Nala colors.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Make sure Dynamic colors is enabled: use brave://flags for versions prior to CR152, or navigate to Settings > Appearance for CR152 and later
3. Open a new Private tab
4. Open a new Standard tab or switch to an existing one > Observe

Actual result

After switching between private and standard tabs, the Brave Shields and Brave Rewards icons in the URL bar fail to use Nala colors.

Expected result

After switching between private and standard tabs, the Brave Shields and Brave Rewards icons in the URL bar must continue to use Nala colors.
