Sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, account suspensions can only be reviewed and resolved by GitHub Support, so the Community won't be able to restore the account directly. Since you've already opened a support ticket and completed the requested verification, you've done the right thing. I would recommend continuing with the existing ticket rather than opening more requests, as that may make things harder to track. Hopefully GitHub Support can review the account and clarify why it was suspended soon. |

Hi GitHub Community,
Around 12–18 hours ago, I published a video introducing my open-source AI research project, FirstLight_CR. The video received over 15,000 views on Bilibili, and the repository gained more than 50 stars.
Shortly afterward, my GitHub account, Jaasssoooonnnnn, was suspended. I have not received an email explaining the specific reason.
I don’t know whether these events are related. The video description linked directly to the repository and invited interested viewers to star it. I have never purchased stars, used bots or automated starring, offered rewards, or coordinated fake accounts.
I’m a university student, and this account also contains coursework and other research projects that I need for my studies. Losing access is affecting my academic work, beyond this one public project.
I have already contacted GitHub Support, completed verification through my university email, and replied with the requested account ownership information.
My original support ticket is #4736837. The verified-email reinstatement request is #4736934, and I have asked Support to link the two.
I really need access to my coursework and research. If anyone from GitHub sees this, could you please help me get my account reviewed? I still don’t know why it was suspended.
Thank you.
