fix : delete chat option is blocked by tooltip #1195

Trying to click Delete chat from the left sidebar, beside Rename, opens a tooltip that blocks the Delete option.

Describe the bug

Hovering near the chat actions causes a tooltip to appear over the delete option, preventing the chat from being deleted.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Chats.
2. Open Recent chat.
3. Hover over Rename.
4. Try to move the cursor to Delete to delete the chat.

Expected behavior

The Delete option should remain accessible and clickable without being blocked by a tooltip.
