I want to test the real native RTC -> Solana wRTC path with exactly 1 RTC before risking any larger amount.

The current RustChain documentation states that RustChain-origin deposits are operator-assisted/admin-authenticated rather than a public self-service bridge.
Before any RTC is transferred or locked, please confirm:
Whether native RTC -> Solana wRTC bridging is currently operational.
Whether a 1 RTC test is accepted.
The exact fee and expected net wRTC.
The official operator-assisted lock/initiation procedure.
Whether the operator initiates the lock directly from our source wallet or whether we must make a signed native RTC transfer first.
Expected processing time and how completion is verified.
For safety, no RTC will be sent to any address or endpoint until the procedure is confirmed by a repository maintainer/operator.
