CNCF: HAMi Contribution Agreement #928

Following the HAMi https://github.com/cncf/sandbox/issues/128 and as part of the onboarding process, maintainers are required to sign a contribution agreement with the CNCF.

The maintainers have received an email containing the instructions and the contract. This issue will track the formal vote of the maintainers and the proposal to appoint @wawa0210 Xiao Zhang as the representative to sign the agreement.

Each maintainer is kindly requested to cast their vote by replying to this thread with either In favour or Denied. A 2/3 majority (3 votes in favour) is required to proceed.
