docs: add subscribe CTA to the Home Support section (#914)
* feat(home): add subscribe CTA to the Support section Adds a subscription call-to-action at the top of the Home 'Support us!' section, linking to the new activitywatch.net/subscribe page with a ?src=inapp-home tag for click attribution (destination-instrumented; the app phones home nothing). Patronage framing: from $5/mo, every feature stays free. New i18n keys (home.subscribeIntro, home.subscribeCta) added to all locales; non-en use the English string as a placeholder for translators. * feat(home): route subscribe CTA through /go/ for click instrumentation Now that activitywatch.net/go/ is live, point the Home subscribe CTA at /go/?src=inapp-home instead of /subscribe?src=inapp-home directly. The redirect records a nudge_click event (per-src) then forwards to /subscribe — a direct link only yields a pageview, so this is what actually captures the click.
