fix(macos): set LSUIElement in the assembled Tauri app's Info.plist (#1494)
aw-tauri 039de33 marks the app LSUIElement (tray app, no Dock icon) in src-tauri/Info.plist, but build_app_tauri.sh writes the shipped ActivityWatch.app's Info.plist from scratch, so the key never reached the DMG or the updater bundle (checked in v0.14.0b10).
