🏈 Perspektivwechsel dieses Mal ganz sportlich – bei der Frankfurt Galaxy! Was bedeutet es eigentlich, nah am Kunden zu sein? Für uns heißt das: raus aus dem Büro und rein in die Welt der Kunden. Beim Perspektivwechsel mit der Frankfurt Galaxy durfte unser Vertriebsleiter im Firmenkundengeschäft, Roland Röder, selbst Football-Luft schnuppern: Helm auf, Protektoren und Jersey an und ab aufs Feld! Dabei ging es nicht nur darum, hinter die Kulissen einer professionellen Football-Mannschaft zu schauen. Es ging darum, zu erleben, was die Frankfurt Galaxy bewegt – und welche Herausforderungen hinter dem Sport und dem Unternehmen stehen. Denn mit 65 Spielern, 15 Trainern und unzähligen Personen im Hintergrund ist die Frankfurt Galaxy nicht nur eine Sportmannschaft, sondern ein Unternehmen mit Zielen und Herausforderungen. 🚨ANNONCE DE LA SIGNATURE DE NOTRE NOUVEAU HEAD COACH 🚨 Nous sommes fiers d'annoncer l'arrivée de James BROOKS en tant que nouveau Head Coach des Paris Musketeers. De ses années de football universitaire à Arizona State à la construction d'une vie et d'une carrière à travers le monde, Coach Brooks sait ce que signifie quitter son pays, s'adapter à une nouvelle culture et poursuivre sa passion pour le football à des milliers de kilomètres de chez soi. De la GFL au Japon, son parcours le mène aujourd'hui à Paris. Au cours des 13 dernières années passées à l'étranger, en tant que joueur puis coach, il a vécu le même parcours que beaucoup de nos joueurs connaissent aujourd'hui. Il connaît les sacrifices, les défis et les adaptations que cela implique. Mais surtout, il sait ce qu'il faut pour réussir en tant que coach de football américain en Europe. Pour notre General Manager, John BOOKER, la décision s'est articulée autour de deux piliers essentiels : la continuité et la culture. Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience en tant que coach à travers l'Europe, Coach Brooks connaît parfaitement le football américain européen. II sait s'adapter à différentes cultures et comprend ce que vivent les joueurs, aussi bien sur le terrain qu'en dehors. Mais surtout, il est là pour construire sur le long terme. James s'installe à Paris avec sa famille et sera présent aux côtés des Musketeers tout au long de l'année, afin d'apporter continuité, engagement et présence au quotidien au sein de notre organisation. Il contribuera au développement de nos joueurs, au renforcement de notre culture et à la construction de quelque chose de durable à Paris. From playing college football at Arizona State to building a life and a career across the world, Coach Brooks knows what it means to leave home, embrace a new culture, and pursue football thousands of miles away from the GFL to Japan and now Paris. Over the past 13 years that he has spent abroad, both as a player and a coach, he has experienced the same journey many of our players are living today. He knows the sacrifices, the challenges, and the adjustments, but most importantly, he knows what it takes to succeed as an American coach in Europe. For our General Manager, John BOOKER, the decision came down to two key pillars : consistency and culture. With more than 10 years of coaching experience across Europe, Coach Brooks knows European football, understands different cultures, and knows what players experience on and off the field. But above all, he's here to build for the long term. James is relocating his family to Paris and will be with the Musketeers year-round to bring consistency, commitment, and a daily presence to our organization. FRA GLADSAXE TIL NFL 🏈 Maceo Beard har skrevet under med Minnesota Vikings. Efter en historisk sæson, hvor han var med til at vinde det europæiske mesterskab med Nordic Storm, fortsætter vores defensive back nu karrieren i verdens største liga i amerikansk fodbold. Maceo leverede en imponerende sæson med fire interceptions, 116 interception return yards, en touchdown, otte afværgede kast, to sacks og 33 tacklinger. Men hans betydning for holdet handlede om mere end præstationerne på banen. Hans lederskab, professionalisme og vilje til hele tiden at lære og udvikle sig gjorde ham til en vigtig del af vores mesterskabshold. Nu går rejsen videre fra Gladsaxe Stadion til Minnesota Vikings. Vi er utrolig stolte over at have været en del af Maceos rejse og ønsker ham stort tillykke med den fantastiske mulighed. 20 Touchdowns. 2.000 € für ein Frankfurter Herzensprojekt. 💛🏈 Am letzten Spieltag der Saison, dem 15. August, fand auch unsere gemeinsame Touchdown-Aktion mit Frankfurt Galaxy ihren Abschluss: Wir durften den Spendenscheck über 2.000 € an den Kobelt-Zoo Frankfurt übergeben. Über die Saison hinweg haben wir jeden Touchdown der Galaxy gefeiert und damit gleichzeitig Gutes getan. Möglich gemacht wurde die Spendensumme durch unser Yesternday-Konzept: Backwaren vom Vortag bekommen eine zweite Chance und die Erlöse daraus fließen in Projekte, die uns am Herzen liegen. Wohin die Spende gehen sollte, durfte unsere Community entscheiden – und die Wahl fiel eindeutig auf den Kobelt-Zoo Frankfurt. Ein ehrenamtlich geführtes Frankfurter Herzensprojekt, das wir sehr gerne unterstützen. 💛 Ein besonderer Abschluss der Saison und einer gemeinsamen Aktion, auf die wir gerne zurückblicken.
