Am I the only one who sees admissions for next winter and thinks you obviously do something wrong in your Business Ops? I hope you are not trying to mimic the unbelievably inefficient way that the academia sources talent which is widely criticized as archaic and unethically discriminative - as it is, since it was designed centuries ago. You are young capable individuals, you must be able to do better with such access to the resources you've got. Open your admissions to all and design a proper platform for alignment work! Invest less in research on imaginary future mitigations, or publishing papers that only AI will read, and more on developing an infrastructure to receive more people. Why to be discriminative in matters of security when it concerns and affects all of us, and there are so many people who want to contribute? To me, who has approached you as an org for all possible reasons, to join you as a fellow, to join you in your team, to develop a platform for your business ops, and since I received rejections for all proposals because of lack of present capacity, a call for admissions of Winter 2027 cohort seems as an insult, and a joke! I hope you can understand and do better.
