Vice President of Strategy Implementation

Role Description The Vice President of Strategy Implementation is a full-time remote role responsible for translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes across client engagements and internal projects. This position oversees the design, rollout, and monitoring of implementation roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic planning sessions, analyzing performance data, advising clients on optimization opportunities, and providing executive-level updates on progress and risks. The role also involves developing frameworks, tools, and best practices for implementation, mentoring team members in execution disciplines, and collaborating with finance and digital strategy stakeholders to ensure initiatives are scalable and sustainable. The Vice President will work closely with senior leadership to refine the company’s service offerings and support business development through strategic insights and thought leadership.

• Candidates should possess Strategic Planning and Digital Strategy skills to design long-term roadmaps and integrate digital solutions into implementation plans.
• Candidates should possess Consulting experience to engage with clients, understand business needs, and recommend practical, high-impact solutions.
• Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable guidance.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with implementation frameworks and performance tracking.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; prior experience in a senior strategy or implementation role is highly beneficial.
• Experience in training, professional services, or advisory environments, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools and practices, is an advantage.
