Can the right workspace actually help you work better? New research from Dr. Mark Benden and his co-researchers at Texas A&M University offers some compelling evidence that it does! In a study of more than 10,000 office workers, individuals with access to height-adjustable workstations averaged 43 more active computing minutes per day than those who did not. That reinforces what we’ve believed at Vari for a long time: the environment where work happens matters. Better yet: it wasn’t just a one-time result - that difference persisted over the course of a year. Meaning that you’re making an investment in yourself, both now and in the future. It's a celebration of the people whose work, creativity, skills, and determination keep businesses, communities, and our country moving forward. At Vari, we believe the environments where people work matter because when you elevate the workspace, you elevate the work and the people who do it. Wishing our team, our customers, and workers everywhere a happy Labor Day. #LaborDay #WorkspaceMatters

That's right, we're proud to announce we've partnered with Truemed!
You sit for 8 hours a day. Your back knows it. Your HSA/FSA balance doesn't have to ignore it. Vari has spent a decade building what most people now consider the gold standard in ergonomic workspace design. Electric standing desks. Sit-stand converters. Modular setups built for how people actually work today. When a licensed healthcare provider recommends an adjustable standing desk to address a diagnosed musculoskeletal condition, it may qualify as an HSA/FSA-eligible medical expense. That changes the math entirely. A full ergonomic workspace setup at $1,200? That drops to around $840 an average tax savings of ~30% depending on the your individual tax rate. This isn't a productivity hack. It's a medical expense framework that most people never think to use. Here's how it works through Truemed: - Complete a clinical intake form at checkout - An independent licensed practitioner reviews your health information - If eligible, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is issued - HSA/FSA funds are applied to your purchase No reimbursement paperwork. No separate claims process. The cost of the practitioner review is built into the purchase price. Qualifying conditions may include chronic lower back pain, cervical or lumbar disc issues, repetitive strain injury, postural dysfunction with documented musculoskeletal impact, or recovery from spinal surgery. The average American sits 10+ hours per day. For those with diagnosed conditions, the workspace itself becomes part of the treatment plan. Truemed partners with Vari because the clinical case is straightforward, the price point fits within typical HSA/FSA annual balances, and the brand has already earned trust with hundreds of thousands of customers. Your healthcare dollars were designed for exactly this. See the comments to unlock HSA/FSA savings on Vari standing desks. #hsaeligible #fsacard #fsa #hsa #fsaeligible #ergonomics #standingdesk #remotework #openenrollment #vari
