Our marketing team is growing! 🔎 Open Roles Spotlight: Product Marketing Manager, Futures & Options This role is built for a product marketer who wants to own the full picture. At tastytrade, you'll lead the messaging and go-to-market strategy for our futures and options products, working directly with Product, Creative, Compliance, Data, and teams across the marketing funnel to turn ideas and product updates into campaigns that drive adoption. If you know futures and options, understand how traders think, or trade yourself, even better. What you will do 🍒 Own the messaging and positioning for futures and options, with the creative freedom to test new ideas and shape how we connect with traders. 🍒 Lead campaigns from kickoff through launch, bringing together teams across the business to execute a cohesive launch strategy. 🍒 Work with our Data team to track adoption and performance, see the results of your work, and use those insights to inform what comes next. Why this matters We're making a big push to expand how and where we reach traders, and this role will have room to experiment, learn, and make an impact quickly. You'll have the opportunity to test new approaches, see what resonates, and use the results to help shape where we invest in marketing next. At tastytrade, our PostgreSQL clusters power trading platforms and financial data for millions of customers and our own developer teams. As a Senior Postgres DBA, you won't just maintain systems, you'll design the future of our database infrastructure. What you will do 🍒 Get your hands dirty by pairing with developers on data access patterns. 🍒 Review migrations before they ship. 🍒 Tune high-visibility clusters using Patroni. 🍒 Lead performance optimization that impacts both our platform reliability and how our engineers build features. 🍒 Put your stamp on processes, owning major version upgrades, disaster recovery, backup strategy, and observability, improving each one. Why this matters We're a growing fintech company that's scaling substantially year over year. The work you do here directly impacts how our platform performs for our customers. You're not in a niche DBA silo, you're a senior technical leader who gets to shape infrastructure decisions and guide the team. This week tastytrade’s Head of Product, Pritam Das, brought the Product team together in Chicago for a two-day offsite to align on the product vision, refresh ways of working, and sharpen the focus on what comes next. The team kicked off with a look across the product roadmap before diving into engineering architecture, growth vision, customer needs, and idea sharing focused on the platform experience. tastytrade’s IGNA CEO Michael Vaughan joined for a fireside chat, followed by a virtual Q&A with Matt LeMay, author of Impact First Product Teams, on creating meaningful impact through product. Beyond the working sessions, the team put ideas into action with a hackathon, bringing some friendly competition into the mix with Kanoodle brain teasers, and wrapped up the offsite with a casual happy hour in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Two days of fresh perspectives, stronger connections, and plenty of momentum to carry forward as the Product team continues to grow and shape what’s ahead! 🚀 

Closing out summer the tasty way. ☀️ The tastytrade team came together for our End of Summer Rooftop Social to celebrate our colleagues and wins across the business and soak up the last moments of Chicago summer.  We enjoyed a memorable evening of bites and drinks catered by Limelight Catering and the chance to connect and unwind.  Cheers to the tasty team and great vibes all around!
