We’re excited to welcome Karen Warren to Takt as our Chief of Staff and a member of our Leadership Team! Karen joins us from Accenture (via Joshua Tree Group) and has led labor management strategy and program design for some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations. She brings deep experience in executive engagement, organizational change, leadership development, and translating strategy into measurable operational results. At Takt, we believe great software creates the most value when it supports a strong program, engaged leaders, capable teams, and an organization prepared to sustain change. Karen has worked closely with Takt for many years as a trusted partner and has helped shape important elements of our product. Her addition represents an important step in our growth. Her experience will strengthen our ability to help customers build stronger labor management programs, deepen our customer partnerships, and turn initial success into sustainable results, from individual operations to complex global networks. We couldn’t be more excited to have Karen on the Takt team. Please join us in welcoming her!

We’re honored to share that Kenco Group + Takt have won The Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2026 Warehouse Initiative Award! This recognition means even more because it reflects what we believe great technology partnerships should look like. A huge thank you to the entire Kenco Group team, and especially Karthik Ravindran, for being incredible partners. Your feedback, trust, and willingness to build alongside us have helped shape the Takt platform — and together, we’ve expanded Takt across 25+ Kenco warehouses with more on the way! And a special shoutout to Abby Richter on our team. One of Takt’s core values is to "be a partner, not a provider", and Abby lives that every day. Her dedication to Kenco, their teams, and their success is a huge part of what makes Takt successful. Awards are great, but the partnership and results behind them are what we’re most proud of. Thank you to Kenco, Abby, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this possible. #SupplyChain #Warehousing #WarehouseTechnology #Logistics #3PL #Startups

A supervisor finds out Tuesday's pick rates slipped on Wednesday morning. By then Tuesday is gone, and so is the chance to have done anything about it. That's not a data problem. Warehouse activity sits in the WMS. Labor performance sits somewhere else — a spreadsheet, a clipboard, a report that shows up the next day. Nobody is looking at both while the shift is still running. Central Storage & Warehouse runs multiple clients across multiple temperature zones and multiple shifts. Their Co-CEO, Hill Hamrick, is joining us and Datex on August 26th to walk through how CSW's leaders use hourly labor visibility to coach their teams — and how they got to standards their people accept as fair. He'll also cover what the rollout actually took. Then we'll show it running: Datex Footprint® WMS and Takt connected, live activity feeding labor plans, coaching opportunities surfacing during the shift, and workforce issues separated from process bottlenecks. Wednesday, August 26 · 1–1:45pm ET. Registration link in the comments — sign up and we'll send you the recording either way.

Every European warehouse operator we talk to asks the same question, usually right after the demo goes well: where does the data live? Until today, that question added two months to the process. Sometimes it ended it. Takt now runs a dedicated EU region on Google Cloud in the Netherlands, generally available to new and existing customers. Your operational data stays in region — transactions, time records, processing, analytics, TaktAI inference, backups, and logs. Around it: a DPA with the EU SCCs and UK Addendum, an EU and UK Article 27 representative, and everything a security team needs in our Trust Center. Warehouse labor data isn't aggregate throughput. It's what people did, where, for how long. European operators treat that seriously, and so should we.

Takt has completed its SOC 2 Type II audit, covering the Security Trust Services Criteria. As Takt becomes a more critical part of our customers’ warehouse operations, the responsibility that comes with handling their data grows with it. Security and data stewardship can’t be something you bolt on later. They have to be built into how you operate from the start. Completing our SOC 2 Type II audit is an important validation of the controls and processes we’ve put in place — and of the work our team does every day to protect our customers and their data. For customers and security teams doing diligence, we’ve made it easy to understand our security posture: → Control summary → Subprocessor list → Scope and limitations of our SOC 2 report Available at trust.takt.io.

We're excited to announce that Takt has raised a $9.25M Series A led by Ballast Point Partners — our first institutional round. We built the first version of this product inside a live distribution center, standing next to the supervisors who would use it, and what we saw there is still the problem we're building against: warehouses have absorbed a decade of automation and robotics, but labor, machines, and throughput are still measured in separate systems. That's not a reporting gap. It's a orchestration gap. More than 100 warehouses run on Takt today. This round will accelerate our investment in intraday orchestration, agentic decision making, and the industrial engineering tools these teams have gone without, alongside continued expansion across the UK, EU, and Asia-Pacific. To our customers and partners: thank you for your trust, your feedback, and your willingness to innovate with us — you shaped this platform and this company. And as we grow, the team you know isn't changing, it's growing. The responsiveness, product velocity, and close working relationships that brought Takt this far stay at the center of how we work with you. #warehouse #warehouseoperations #labormanagement #logistics #wms #3pl #distribution #operations #startups

Your WMS knows what work happened. Knowing how the team performed against it usually takes until the next morning — or a spreadsheet someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. That gap is where productivity problems hide. It gets worse when one team runs three clients' contracts in a single shift, each with its own standards and billing model. A gap can sit open for days before it surfaces in a report, and by then it's come out of the margin on that account. Hill Hamrick, Co-CEO at Central Storage & Warehouse , has been working on this. On August 26th he's joining us and Datex to walk through how CSW's leaders use hourly labor visibility to coach their teams rather than score them — and what it actually took to get there. We'll also show Datex Footprint® WMS and Takt running connected: Labor plans built off live warehouse activity, not last week's volume Coaching opportunities visible while the work is still happening A clear line between a workforce issue and a process bottleneck Wednesday, August 26 · 1–1:45pm ET. Registration link in the comments — sign up and we'll send you the recording either way.

Excited to be highlighted by DC Velocity for our work alongside the ODW Logistics team. This is how we think about AI in the warehouse: helping operations, engineers, finance, planners, and leaders work from the same real-time view and move faster together. It means spending less time analyzing data and more time engaging with your team. It means giving managers higher-quality, data-driven feedback powered by TaktAI. That’s what matters on the floor, and we’re proud of our partnership with ODW Logistics. They’ve been incredible partners as we continue building new capabilities into the Takt platform.
