What a week, Wendy’s Family! Thank you to our franchisees, suppliers, and partners for joining us to celebrate our incredible global brand. Together, we’ve built momentum for the future and reaffirmed what makes Wendy’s so special. After several days of connecting and celebrating, we closed out another convention with a special performance from 15-time Grammy nominated country artist, Dierks Bentley. The momentum continued on Day 2 of Wendy’s Convention! We were inspired by Shaun Peet, NASCAR Pit Crew Coach and Chief Kindness Officer at Trackhouse Racing, whose story of transforming NASCAR’s lowest-performing pit crews into top-performing teams reinforced an important lesson: great results start with great teamwork. His insights served as a powerful reminder that the strongest teams, whether on pit road or in our restaurants, are built around a shared commitment to excellence. #WendysConvention2026

Last night, we celebrated our global Leadership Award winners and inducted franchisees Greg Dunn and John Ribson into the Wendy’s Hall of Fame in recognition of their extraordinary service, remarkable accomplishments, and commitment to the Wendy's brand. We also raised funds for our brand’s signature cause, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Thanks to our long-standing partnership, more than 16,500 children across the U.S. and Canada now have a permanent loving family and place to call home. #WendysConvention2026

We recently celebrated the graduation of our 2026 WeLEAD cohort – a leadership program designed to engage talented managers selected from across the business in a variety of learning experiences including forums with senior leaders, in-restaurant training, and a capstone project focused on key recommendations to enhance our business. Throughout the program, participants received coaching and support from a dedicated group of Wendy’s leaders including, Bailey Capper, Becky Davis, Aaron Kale, Lisa Tenerelli Smith and Amy Woods, who served as program sponsors. Congratulations to this year’s graduates!
