Matt brings deep experience building and scaling consumer health and wellness brands, with a particular focus on retail growth and expansion. Most recently, he helped lead retail growth at Bubble and Gainful, driving partnerships and expansion across major retailers. Previously, he held brand leadership roles at RSP Nutrition, where he helped build and grow a portfolio of performance nutrition products. At Rho, he’ll help lead our retail strategy and expansion as we continue growing our presence and bringing Rho's liquid liposomal nutrition to more consumers. We’re thrilled to have him on the team. We’re excited to welcome Julia Babina to Rho Nutrition as our VP of Operations. Julia brings over 15 years of experience leading operations, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience for high-growth consumer brands. Most notably, she was the first operations hire at Brooklinen, where she built the operations function from the ground up, and later led end-to-end supply chain and customer experience teams at Ana Luisa and LVK Logistics. At Rho, she’ll lead our operations strategy and execution, helping us scale our supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience capabilities while building the operational foundation needed to support our continued growth. We’re excited to welcome Zak Wilson to Rho Nutrition as our VP of Creative & Growth. Zak brings deep experience in creative direction, creative leadership, and DTC strategy. Most recently, he ran a performance creative agency, leading strategy and copy for some of the most exciting DTC brands in the space, while simultaneously serving as art director for a major international beauty brand. At Rho, he’ll own our creative and growth efforts end to end, elevating the brand, deepening our connection with customers, and building the infrastructure we need as we scale.
