About us
Lindy is the AI teammate that does real work for your whole team. It lives in your Slack, connects to all your tools, and learns your business from the messages and meetings around it — then handles the multi-step work that normally eats an afternoon: investigations, reports, decks, dashboards, CRM updates. It always asks before it changes anything. Founded in San Francisco, Lindy is backed by Series B funding and trusted by thousands of teams. We're building the layer between powerful AI models and the work people actually do.

Self-updating brain for your company. Lindy learns your people, clients, processes, and preferences as you work. That knowledge builds across the team, so everyone spends less time bringing AI up to speed.
Announcing Lindy Brain: a self-growing wiki Lindy updates based on what it learns about you and your business. Imagine an employee that's sat on every meeting and read every email and Slack message. That guy's gonna have a good sense of what's going on! Lindy organizes its learnings across people, projects, decisions and preferences. It's like the self-updating brain of your business, all stored in .md files in the Files section of your Lindy workspace.

Most scheduling emerges from intros, follow-ups, deals. With Lindy on the email thread, scheduling doesn't feel like a hostage negotiation. You can now CC lindy@lindy.ai on any thread that needs a meeting. Lindy handles the back-and-forth and puts time on both calendars. For example, Lindy can take over when an intro needs a call, chase down someone who keeps going dark, or work within your terms: "15 minutes, mornings only, sometime next month."
-
If you've ever sent four emails to book one 30-minute call, this is for you. CC lindy@lindy.ai on the thread. Tell it what you want — "15 minutes with David this week" It handles the back-and-forth and puts time on your calendar.
Today we're announcing Lindy's CC scheduling. CC lindy@lindy.ai on any thread that needs a meeting. Lindy finds a time, puts it on everyone's calendars, and sends the invite. Available today.

Funny how people just stay blocked on someone OOO because they are too nice to ping them. We fixed that by putting an agent in every meeting that you can text day and night.
We’ve noticed having people OOO is much less handicapping now that we have an agent holding everyone’s context in one place. Everyone’s better off -- the rest of the team is never blocked on OOO people, and OOO people can enjoy their break in peace!

Just ask the meeting, not the person who sat through it. Lindy now has a team meeting library. Setup is one sentence: → "Put sales calls in this folder, and share it with my whole team" Your team can then ask questions about any call: → "@Lindy, what do people complain about most in sales calls?” Lindy answers from all the sales calls.
Still blows my mind how much of “work” is just circulating information. How much faster would teams move if everyone knew everything everyone else knows? Surprising how close you can get by just having a single agent sit on all your meetings that everyone can query.

Skip the useless Monday sync. Just ask Lindy to catch you up after. Your team meetings are now shareable. Make a team folder, describe what belongs in it, share it with your team. If you missed a meeting, just ask Lindy, and be brought up to speed in seconds.
Today we’re announcing Lindy’s team meeting library. Just ask Lindy: "any call with a client goes in this folder," and all future meetings self-organize. Your team can query shared folders all day long — it's like a self-growing knowledge graph for your company, continuously updated with what your company talks about.

We just launched shared meetings to change the way companies work. Any (approved) meeting gets organized into folders the whole team can query. But tbh, asking questions is the boring part, notetakers have been around for a while. Lindy can actually DO work with the context. And it stores that context, like a real employee who has sat in every call and knows everything about the business. This means a new rep can ask Lindy to create battle cards based on recent objections heard on sales calls, a marketer can trace a customer's lifecycle and create a case study with one Slack prompt. We feel the shift internally already. Before I message someone on my team about anything, I pause and @ Lindy first. The meta point is people shouldn’t be search engines for each other. Humans are meant to be creative problem solvers pushing the business in the right direction. The recall work, and increasingly the work built on top of it, should go to an agent that has access to every conversation, every data point and every tool - just like an employee.

I used to spend 80% of my day bouncing between my terminal and Slack. Working with my team meant being in Slack, and running my candidate screening skills meant hopping back into claude code, so I was constantly context switching between the two. Then we got Metaview (big Metaview stan for sourcing), and launched Lindy Teammate. The game changer for me was importing all of my claude skills into Lindy (literal drag and drop). The moment we did that, my work completely changed because Lindy is connected to all my other tools and, most importantly, connected to my team. Screening candidates got a lot easier. I was no longer a prompt translator. Flo Crivello and hiring managers could give feedback on outputs directly in Slack, and the skills were getting updated without me touching them. Better than that, Lindy has access to our interview transcripts and my email, so the same skills started producing much richer outputs than they ever did in claude. It was flagging things like relocation constraints and details candidates had mentioned to us over email that my claude instance was never privy to. We also created a skill for Lindy to reach out and book screening interviews. Now anyone on my team can tag Lindy to screen, reach out or schedule a candidate without me needing to be in the loop.
