  • #Loudoun County is celebrating the completion of construction of the county’s Crisis Receiving & Stabilization Center, which will provide 24-7 care for adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Members of the community, along with Loudoun County officials and state and federal representatives, gathered at the new facility for a ceremonial ribbon-cutting on Sept. 19 to commemorate the milestone.
