  • Feeling supported can make all the difference. This week, associates came together for the DAWN Signature Event, hosted by OhioHealth’s Disability Awareness Wellness Network, one of our Business Resource Groups, and focused on fostering a more supportive workplace for everyone. Through personal stories, meaningful conversations and opportunities to learn from one another, associates explored how greater understanding and everyday support can help people feel valued and connected at work. The stories shared throughout the event were a reminder that feeling supported can make all the difference.

  • A strong workplace culture is built when people feel seen, valued and connected. This week, associates came together for Unidos SomosMás, the inaugural Hispanic Heritage Month signature event hosted by UNIDOS, one of OhioHealth's newest Business Resource Groups. The event celebrated the cultures, contributions and impact of Hispanic and Latino communities while creating opportunities for learning, connection and meaningful dialogue across the organization. We're grateful to the associates and leaders who helped make this celebration possible. The cultures, traditions and experiences our associates bring to OhioHealth help strengthen our organization and the communities we serve.

  • Meaningful conversations can lead to meaningful change. OhioHealth's Dr. Megan Schabbing recently joined former NBA champion Lamar Odom and community leaders for a discussion focused on men's mental health, recovery and resilience. Bringing together clinical expertise, lived experience and community voices helps foster understanding, reduce stigma and encourage more people to seek support when they need it.
