Many campaign plans are detailed right up until launch. Then performance shifts, and decision-making becomes less clear. Before a campaign goes live, define: • Which signals matter  • What thresholds require attention  • Which actions are already approved  • Who owns the decision A clear response plan helps teams move from reporting what happened to acting on what the data is showing.

Search data is often treated as a channel-specific input. However, its strategic value is much broader. Changes in customer questions, comparison terms, use-case searches, and category language can inform positioning, creative development, content planning, product education, and broader market strategy. The opportunity: understanding why a specific query is appearing and what it reveals about the customer’s decision process.

Audience definitions can outlive the research that created them. Demographics may remain stable while motivations, behaviors, media habits, financial pressures, and expectations change, making regular audience validation essential. Compare existing personas and segments against current search behavior, customer feedback, purchase patterns, retention, channel movement, and cultural context. A useful audience strategy should explain what people are doing now, not only who they were when the segment was built.

Brand consistency does not require identical content across every platform. Each channel plays a different role in the customer journey. Search captures active intent. Social creates discovery and conversation. Video builds memory or demonstrates value. CRM responds to known behavior. Product pages support evaluation. The strongest integrated campaigns preserve the strategic idea while adapting the execution to the context, format, and customer mindset of each channel.

Acquisition performance provides only part of the picture. Post-purchase behavior can show whether the message attracted the right customer, whether expectations matched the experience, and which campaigns create long-term value. Connect campaign data to delivery, onboarding, product use, support, feedback, retention, and repeat-purchase activity. The strongest acquisition source may be the one that produces the highest-quality customer relationship.

Engagement is useful, but it needs context. A strong result depends on what the content was designed to accomplish. Awareness content should not be judged only by immediate conversion. Conversion content should not be declared successful because it received comments. Define the intended behavior before launch, then connect attention to the next meaningful signal in the customer journey.

Repeated customer questions are useful qualitative data. They can reveal where your brand is creating confusion, where the customer needs more proof, or where key information is buried. Reviewing questions across sales, support, search, reviews, and social can help inform messaging, content strategy, product pages, and customer experience improvements. The question itself is the signal. The strategic value comes from deciding what should change because of it.

We were thrilled to partner with Disney Books and Hyperion Ave to help plan, organize, and promote a one-of-a-kind drone show in Seattle, celebrating the upcoming release of The Art of Gravity Falls. Tasked with developing a bold, attention-grabbing concept, our team brought forward an idea that pushed into new territory, transforming the Seattle skyline into a larger-than-life storytelling moment for fans. Timed alongside Emerald City Comic Con, the activation created a meaningful moment for fans, bringing the world of Gravity Falls to life in a way that felt truly iconic for the community and the book's release. Beyond the show, our team led a fully integrated effort to build anticipation and drive engagement, from poster and signage placements across downtown Seattle to truck activations and geo-targeted social campaigns. From concept through execution, this was a true 360 experience designed to meet fans where they were and turn the city into part of the story. Proud to collaborate with incredible teams to bring this vision to life.
