Our RDP participants are recent grads who took on real job responsibilities across Merchandise Buying & Planning, Finance, Global Sourcing, and Information Technology. Earlier this month, Belk was proud to fly with the Dallas Wings during their matchup with Golden State Valkyries! We teamed up with the WNBA team earlier this year, marking our first partnership with a women's professional sports team. At halftime, we were proud to present a $10,000 donation to the Brighter Days Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides school supplies to students in the Dallas area. Additionally, top-performing local teachers received Belk gift cards to use for purchasing their back-to-school attire. Kristen C., GVP of the West Zone, was on hand to present the donations on behalf of Belk. "Game night was a success!" said Kristen. In just 4 days we’ll be back at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC to cheer on the teams in the 2026 Keep Pounding High School Classic Presented by Belk! This doubleheader event features top high school football teams from across the Carolinas as they take part in the ultimate football experience under the lights in an NFL stadium! The games will also feature Carolina Panthers legends Tre Boston and Thomas Davis as in-game hosts. Recently, our Belk SouthPark team (and some special guests!) had fun helping them find their ‘fits that they’ll debut at the event. The Dallas Wings and Belk, a department store chain with nearly 300 stores across 16 states in the Southeast, announced a partnership today.
