After two decades of project design, draughting and BIM modelling across multiple engineering disciplines and industries, this opportunity marks another important milestone in my career. With 19 years of experience across Australia, Singapore and the Philippines, Rizza specializes in water pipelines, sewer networks, drainage systems and major utilities diversions for complex infrastructure. Today's Spotlight features Jeremy Lien, a coastal engineer helping shape Singapore's future shoreline through resilient and sustainable coastal infrastructure. Drawn to the challenge of balancing engineering, environmental and stakeholder considerations, Jeremy has worked on major coastal and reclamation projects that support Singapore's long-term development. He is particularly interested in how nature-based solutions, such as mangroves and other natural shoreline features, can complement traditional engineering approaches to create coastlines that are both resilient and environmentally sustainable.
